Beep Beep: Announcing Reach Roadrunners Cohort IV

In 2021, we started a project to see what would happen when you bring together passionate, values-aligned founders, operators, and practitioners to learn about investing and find, build and support solutions that improve how we live, learn, work and thrive.

Today, the Reach Roadrunners community has grown beyond what we could have ever imagined.

We now have over 130 Roadrunners across the country, from established brands to new upstarts across learning, health and work: Airbyte, Betterup, Brisk, Diffit, Guild, Maven, Solv, Speak, Stellic and so many more. Roadrunners have invested alongside us, joined and advised our portfolio companies, helped us with diligence, launched startups with our mentorship, and helped us identify incredible investment opportunities.

That momentum continues today as we welcome our fourth cohort of Roadrunners. This one is unique as we’ve implemented two important updates based on feedback from our previous cohorts:

  1. Focused Themes: We’ve concentrated on two key areas — health care and the future of work — to deepen our impact in alignment with our renewed thesis. Explore some of the top healthcare trends we’re watching closely, including solving the workforce shortage.
  2. Geographic Concentration: We narrowed in on NYC and the Bay Area to facilitate accessible, in-person collaboration and strengthen connections among Roadrunners. Connections are already emerging during the Cohort IV kickoff dinners in NYC and SF earlier this month.
