In the fall of 2021, we asked ourselves what it would look like to curate a community of founders, operators and practitioners who all care about innovation in education and the future of work. Thus Reach Roadrunners was born, a 12-month program focused on arming passionate people with the community, resources, knowledge and tools to extend their impact in the spaces Reach invests in.
We never could have imagined what Roadrunners would evolve into. Now in its third year, it has grown into an engaged community of over 100 people, coming from leading companies including Multiverse, Guild Education, Chegg, Nearpod, Bubble, Microsoft, Amazon, along with districts and colleges. Roadrunner operators have launched new startups with the help of their peers, angel invested in companies Reach led rounds for, joined Reach portfolio companies as advisors and executives, and continually help one another on work-related challenges. They’re also considering putting together a Roadrunner band! What else is next?
Today, we are thrilled to announce our third cohort! These 34 amazing Roadrunners include a former Superintendent, edtech community builders, serial founders, and operators who have played a hands-on role at leading education brands such as Amplify, Handshake, Newsela, Synthesis, and Google. Several startup founders are in ✨stealth✨ mode.
To see the full group, check out the table below. We couldn’t be more excited to start this journey with this new cohort.
